  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We offer standard delivery and express delivery options where available.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions (as advertised on our store).


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • International Delivery: 5–15 business days (depending on country and customs clearance)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order through the courier’s website.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees, or

  • A refund minus the original shipping costs.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
