At Hennacone.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened or used henna products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hennacone.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
